Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Consultant
As a Techno-Functional Dynamics 365 CE Consultant at Qniverse Quality Assurance Pvt. Ltd., you’ll play a key role in driving digital transformation for clients by combining functional consulting expertise with hands-on technical skills. In our Hybrid Work Culture (Powai, Mumbai office + remote flexibility), you’ll design, configure, and optimize Dynamics 365 CE applications, ensuring impactful solutions that align with client needs and business goals.
What You'll Be Doing!

Lead requirements-gathering workshops to understand client business processes, objectives, and challenges.

Translate business needs into functional design documents for configuration and customization.

Map client requirements to Dynamics 365 CE capabilities, following industry best practices.

Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing solution support to ensure adoption.

Configure Dynamics 365 CE entities, forms, workflows, process flows, rules, and security roles.

Customize solutions with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
-
Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with enterprise applications using APIs, Azure services, or middleware.

Manage data migration activities, including mapping, cleansing, and import/export.

Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and ensure smooth operations.

Collaborate with developers, solution architects, and project managers to deliver quality solutions on time.

Create and execute test cases for functional, integration, and UAT phases.

Contribute to pre-sales activities such as solution validation, effort estimation, and client demos.

Mentor junior team members in Dynamics 365 solution design and delivery.

Ensure all deliverables meet scope, budget, and quality requirements.

A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field.

Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE implementations in a techno-functional or lead consultant role.

Deep knowledge of Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules.

Hands-on experience with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).

Familiarity with integration techniques (REST APIs, DataVerse, Azure Logic Apps, middleware).

Strong understanding of CRM security roles, workflows, and data models.
-
Experience with ERP applications like Business Central (BC) and Finance & Operations (F&O) and their integrations.

Background in Agile delivery methodologies and project management tools.

Excellent leadership, facilitation, and communication skills with business and technical stakeholders.

Relevant Microsoft certifications (preferred).

Willingness to travel for client engagements if needed.
