Corporate Communications & Brand Specialist

About the Role

We’re seeking a strategic Corporate Communications & Brand Specialist who can elevate and maintain our professional presence across all digital touchpoints. You’ll be the guardian of our brand voice, ensuring our LinkedIn profiles, websites, newsletters, and communications consistently project excellence and professionalism across all Qniverse companies.  

What Makes This Role Unique?

Unlike traditional communications roles, you’ll report directly to leadership ensuring strategic alignment and manage brand presence across multiple companies including QniverseQniPayQrius Training Institute, and Whatnxt. This is a role for someone who sees corporate communications as a competitive advantage and wants to shape how our organization is perceived by clients, partners, and talent. 

What You'll Do?

LinkedIn Management & Professional Presence 

  • Manage and optimize LinkedIn company pages for all Qniverse entities ensuring consistent branding 
  • Develop and execute LinkedIn content strategies that position companies as industry thought leaders 
  • Create compelling posts, articles, and updates highlighting achievements, insights, and company news 
  • Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content strategy based on performance data 
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build community around company pages 
  • Coordinate with team members to amplify employee advocacy and thought leadership content 

Website Management & Content Maintenance 

  • Ensure all company websites remain current, accurate, and reflect latest offerings and achievements 
  • Coordinate website updates including service descriptions, team profiles, case studies, and news 
  • Work with web developers to implement content changes and ensure technical excellence 
  • Optimize website copy for SEO and user experience across all pages 
  • Maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and brand guidelines across all web properties 
  • Monitor website performance, user feedback, and implement continuous improvements 

Corporate Communications & Messaging 

  • Develop and maintain corporate messaging frameworks ensuring consistent brand voice across channels 
  • Write press releases, company announcements, and corporate statements for internal and external audiences 
  • Create executive communications including leadership updates, company-wide announcements, and stakeholder messages 
  • Manage crisis communications and develop response protocols for sensitive situations 
  • Craft compelling narratives around company milestones, achievements, and strategic initiatives 
  • Ensure all communications align with brand values and strategic positioning 

Newsletter Development & Distribution 

  • Design and produce regular newsletters for different audiences including clients, employees, and partners 
  • Curate compelling content including company updates, industry insights, employee spotlights, and thought leadership 
  • Write engaging copy that drives readership and reinforces brand positioning 
  • Manage newsletter distribution platforms and track engagement metrics 
  • Segment audiences and personalize content for maximum relevance and impact 
  • A/B test subject lines, content formats, and calls-to-action to optimize performance 

Brand Management & Consistency 

  • Maintain brand guidelines ensuring consistent visual identity and messaging across all touchpoints 
  • Review and approve marketing materials, presentations, and communications for brand compliance 
  • Develop templates and resources that enable teams to create on-brand content independently 
  • Monitor brand perception through social listening and stakeholder feedback 
  • Protect brand reputation by ensuring professional standards across all public-facing communications 
  • Coordinate with design team to ensure visual assets align with brand standards 

Requirements

Experience & Skills 

  • 3-5 years proven experience in corporate communications, brand management, or marketing communications 
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating professional writing for various corporate channels 
  • Solid understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and corporate identity management 
  • Experience managing LinkedIn company pages and professional social media platforms 
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple communications initiatives 

Technical Requirements 

  • Expert-level business writing and editing skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail 
  • Proficiency in content management systems (WordPress or similar) for website updates 
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar) for newsletter management 
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithm, best practices, and content optimization 
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for creating visual content

  • PR or media relations experience 
  • SEO and content marketing expertise 
  • Experience in B2B technology or professional services industries 
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics) 
  • Crisis communications training or experience 
  • Experience managing multi-brand portfolios 
  • Copywriting certification or professional communications qualification 
  • Understanding of investor relations or stakeholder communications
