QA Engineer | Business Central

We are looking for dynamic and smart QA Engineer to work in QA team for better quality product with testing strategies collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading the QA efforts for complex software projects.
To ensure success as a BC QA engineer you should have extensive experience in analytics, high-level problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage projects with hands on manual testing experience.
What You'll Be Doing!
Participate in the project from the scoping phase to the implementation phase to ensure quality in deliverables/products.
Analyze and convert business requirements, user stories, and design documents to detailed test cases and test plans.
Identify bugs and performance issues by testing software at a functional and non-functional level.
To test the quality of products and provide updates to the stakeholder.
Regularly provide test reports of project status to the stakeholders.
Maintain QA procedures and policies.
Flexibility to work in staggered shifts based on client’s requirements.
Take up and deliver on any other responsibilities assigned by QA leads.
Involve in the implementation of organizational culture, policies, and processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Management, Computer Science, Finance background like ACCA, CA, or equivalent.

Completion of up to 6 months of internship or 1 year of experience in the Business Central domain.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent understanding of software test methodologies, best practices, and terminology.

Experience with QA practices and procedures.

Experience of working with Agile Methodology.

Strong team player with a result-oriented attitude and a keen focus on improving user experience.

Self-motivated, takes initiative, assumes ownership, and runs programs with minimal direction.

Ability to successfully communicate and coordinate with departments across the organization, including Development, Functional Consultants, BA, and Project Management.

Demonstrate a strong work ethic and sophisticated organizational skills.

Ability to work on competing priorities under tight timelines and delivery pressures.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preference will be given to the candidate having experience with the BC/NAV functional modules like Sales and Receivables, Purchase and Payable, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Inventory Management.
