UI/UX & Graphic Designer

About the Role
We’re looking for a UI/UX & Graphic Designer who combines strong visual design skills with a user-focused approach. You’ll design digital experiences and creative assets across the web, product, social, campaigns, and brands.
You’ll work closely with marketing, content, product, and leadership teams to turn ideas and business goals into clear, engaging designs. The role offers a mix of UI/UX, visual, and graphic design, with ownership from concept to execution.
What You'll Do?
UI/UX & Product Design
- Design intuitive interfaces for websites, web applications, and digital products
- Turn briefs, user needs, and business goals into effective design solutions
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Graphic & Brand Design
- Develop creative assets for social media, campaigns, presentations, websites, and other digital channels
- Apply consistent visual language across products, marketing, and brand touchpoints
- Build and maintain reusable components, UI patterns, and design systems
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work with product, marketing, content, and development teams to deliver designs
- Gather feedback and user insights to refine and improve designs
- Manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and timely execution
- Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and workflows
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- 2–4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX, graphic design, or a combination of both
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX and visual design
- Ability to turn complex requirements into clear and practical design solutions
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to respond well to feedback
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Technical Requirements
- Good understanding of user-centered design, usability, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and responsive design
- Strong Figma skills, including prototyping, components, and design systems
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
- Understanding of web and mobile design principles and design-to-development workflows
Tools You Might Work With
- UI/UX & Prototyping: Figma
- Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
- Other: Basic familiarity with web technologies and design handoff tools is a plus
