Qniverse has committed to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, targeting the four goals
where we can have a direct impact with definitive, science-based targets and action plans.
Quality Education

Decent Work and Economic Growth

- Dedicate 10% of working hours to Learning and Development sessions for all the staff..
- Run two monthly internal education sessions: from technology insights to soft skill developments
- Dedicate 12 hours weekly supporting local education establishments - career fairs,presenting, hackathons, mentorship program etc.
Gender Equality
Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls.
- Educate employees about sexual harassment and gender diversity via sexual harassment trainings and gender diversity workshops by December 2022..
- Get at least 50% score in Female Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS, or Employee Satisfaction Index.)
- Retrain and upskill at least 30% of our female workforce and change their job roles to match their skills in tech by 2025.
Decent Work and Economic Growth

- Maintain a decent living standard for employees by paying fair wages.
- Provide employees with opportunities for upskilling and reskilling to enhance their skills and capabilities.

With over 40% of female representatives (25% globally) challenging the norms and equal participation in senior, mid- management, and technical roles, we are fully committed to creating an atmosphere that allows women to have a strong voice, and limitless opportunities to reach their full potential.
