As a Content Strategist specializing in employer branding and company culture, you will play a crucial role in creating and implementing content strategies that effectively capture our unique culture, values, and engagement activities. You will also collaborate with our QA team to develop and create content related to QA practices. Your primary goal will be to enhance our employer brand, attract top talent, and engage our employees through compelling content across various channels.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content highlighting company culture, including capturing moments from engagement activities, events, and programs.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to create content related to QA practices, industry trends, and thought leadership.
  • Develop high-quality written and visual content for various channels, aligned with employer brand and company culture.
  • Identify and utilize effective distribution channels to maximize content visibility and engagement.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all content.
  • Monitor content performance and user feedback to make data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for impactful content creation.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to employer branding, company culture, and QA.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Content Strategist, preferably with a focus on employer branding and company culture.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles, social media platforms, and content distribution strategies.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and social media management platforms.
