Project Manager
As a Project Manager at Qniverse India, you’ll oversee and manage the delivery of ERP and CRM projects across the UK. Partnering with Microsoft and Salesforce, you’ll ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, streamline processes, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders to drive digital transformation for our clients.
What You'll Be Doing!

Manage projects through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring deliverables are achieved at each stage.

Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to align with business objectives.

Define and maintain a clear RACI matrix to ensure roles and responsibilities are understood across the team.

Collaborate with teams on iteration planning, ensuring progress toward project goals.

Support story point estimation to prioritize tasks and improve delivery efficiency.

Track and manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) throughout the project lifecycle.

Assist in resource allocation and optimization to maximize productivity.

Provide timely project updates to management and stakeholders, addressing changes or challenges proactively.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, meeting notes, and reports.

Ensure compliance with organizational processes, best practices, and quality standards.

Facilitate team meetings, retrospectives, and collaborative sessions to keep alignment strong.

Partner with stakeholders and teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain project momentum.
Great, if you have...
3–5 years of experience managing technical projects with strong project management principles.
Proven ability to create and manage detailed project plans and schedules.
Familiarity with RACI matrices and RAID analysis.
Understanding of Agile principles, including iteration planning and story point estimation.
Skills in resource planning and team optimization.
General technical knowledge of software systems, client/server architectures, and compatibility needs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for team and stakeholder interactions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools like Microsoft Project (or similar).
A collaborative, team-oriented approach to working with cross-functional teams.
Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
