About the Role
The Skills Coach drives continuous learning and capability advancement across all Qniverse teams. You’ll identify development opportunities, coach team members to expand their skills, and source cutting-edge knowledge and practices that keep our organization competitive and innovative.

Unlike traditional training roles, you’ll report directly to leadership ensuring strategic alignment and operate across all division to leverage both internal and external training delivery. This is a role for someone who sees learning as a competitive advantage and wants to shape the future capabilities of a growing technology company.
What You'll Do?
Skills Development & Coaching
- Conduct regular skills assessments across teams to identify learning gaps and growth opportunities
- Design and deliver personalized coaching sessions for individuals and small groups
- Monitor team performance and provide targeted coaching interventions to drive improvement
- Create learning pathways and skill progression frameworks for different roles
- Track individual learning journeys and celebrate skill achievements
Knowledge Acquisition & Innovation
- Research emerging technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices
- Identify and introduce new tools, frameworks, and practices relevant to QA, software development, and payroll technology
- Translate cutting-edge concepts into practical, applicable training for Qniverse teams
- Build a library of learning resources, case studies, and training materials
Training Delivery & Collaboration
- Facilitate hands-on workshops and bootcamps through Qrius for internal capability building
- Coordinate knowledge-sharing sessions across UK, Nepal, and Mumbai operations
- Partner with external trainers, educational institutions, and industry experts
- Foster a culture where continuous learning is valued and rewarded
Strategic Reporting
- Provide quarterly reports to Directors on team capability growth and learning ROI
- Track and measure the impact of learning initiatives on team performance
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- 3+ years proven experience in coaching, training, or mentoring roles
- Strong understanding of technology sector skill requirements (QA, development, SaaS)
- Excellent one-on-one and group facilitation skills
- Self-directed with strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working across different cultures and time zones (UK, Nepal, Mumbai)
Personal Qualities
- Natural ability to inspire and motivate others to learn and grow
- Ability to break down complex technical concepts into digestible learning modules
- Passion for staying current with industry trends and innovations
- Proactive in seeking out new learning opportunities and methodologies
Bonus Points
- Experience with learning management systems or training platforms
- Background in technology or software development
- Previous experience working with distributed, international teams
